Re-activate a Jira account

If you have an existing Jira account that has been deactivated due to prolonged inactivity, you can request it be re-activated by filling in the username of your account, and its associated email address.

This is the username of the deactivated account you wish to re-activate.
This is the email address you signed up for the account with. It must match the email address currently associated with the account, and will receive a confirmation email when you have successfully submitted your request.
